Today was a pretty easy going day! Mike and Beth took us down to Ocean City, NJ to walk on the Boardwalk and eat some of the best pizza on the east coast - Mack & Mancos has the tastiest pizza. It is located right on the boardwalk and is a very small, but busy, place. They even do free delivery to the surrounding area, which consists mainly of vacation rentals. We ordered two pies and they were to our table within 5 minutes - piping hot too! One bite and I new this was a place we would have to come back to.
After lunch we walked the boardwalk and checked out a few of the shops -- and yes Tony had to buy another pair of sunglasses because everytime we take a trip he leaves them in the car or his bag. He must have 10 pairs by now lol!! After the boardwalk we headed back to Mays Landing so Tony could go get a hair cut at the local mall. We met up with Beth and Mike at a local bar called "Chickie and Petes" where it was bike night. They were kind enough to allow us to park our famous Bullrun car in the lot with the bikes. As soon as we pulled in, we were swarmed with people asking questions and taking pictures. It was quite the crowd. The Bud Light Girls even got their pic taken with the car. After that event we headed to another bar and had some grub and more drinks - and for those who asked, yes the Philly Cheese Steak has cheese whiz!! They called last call at almost 11pm and Tony and I just laughed. You take the 24 hr atmosphere for granted.
The weather has been great for the most part. Around 80 everyday with a slight moiture in the air.
Tomorrow is NYNY - BULLRUN and organized chaos!!
